Robert L. Brantley holds a B.S. degree in Business & Economics from Illinois College in Jacksonville, Illinois; an M.B.A. degree in Finance & Urban Affairs from the Northwestern University Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Illinois; and an honorary doctorate degree in Christian/Biblical counseling from the Philadelphia Bible College in Baltimore, Maryland. Bob Brantley has done post-graduate study in Non-Formal Education at the Northeastern Illinois University Center for Inner-City Studies in Chicago; in Business Law at the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago; and in Development Economics at Howard University in Washington, DC. Bob has completed his coursework (but is yet to complete his dissertation) toward a Ph.D. degree in Church Administration at Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana. Brantley is a Certified Christian Conciliator by the Institute for Christian Conciliation in Billings, Montana. He is an ordained Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and serves as Elder, Pastoral Counselor, and Clergy Coach to the Body of Christ at Baltimore, Maryland. Minister Brantley has more than 25 years of experience as a strategic planner, management and financial consultant, organizational developer, economic development adviser, and leadership trainer to businesses and non-profit organizations, nationally and internationally; and is a member of the Christian Management Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors. Bob is the founder and international director of the ICCC (International Center for Clergy Coaching) in Baltimore, Maryland.

Astra P. Brantley holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois; an M.S.Ed. degree in Guidance & Counseling from Chicago State University; and a Doctor of Psychology degree in Clinical Psychology from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Dr. Brantley is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Maryland and the District of Columbia; a National Certified Counselor; and a Certified Christian Conciliator by the Institute for Christian Conciliation. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, the American Psychological Association, the Maryland Psychological Association, the American Counseling Association, the Christian Association for Psychological Studies, and is listed in the National Register for Psychologists. Dr. Brantley has psychiatric hospital experience in areas of chronic care, total quality assurance, and counselor supervision-training. In private practice she specializes in care to professional women, family psychotherapy and Christian/Biblical counseling and care, and the clinical supervision of other practitioners, including clergy. She is also an established preferred provider for insurance companies; and a regular point of referral by pastors who require help with their parishioners/clients. Astra is the founder and international director of the ICCS (Institute for Christian Clinical Supervision) based in Baltimore, Maryland.
